Every day, we search for purpose and direction in our lives. Yet, life inevitably brings moments of difficulty—times that can feel overwhelming or confusing. Each of us experiences these challenges in our own unique way, and when things become heavy, it’s natural for our sense of clarity and meaning to fade.
As a Counselling Logotherapist, I believe that every person holds the inner potential to uncover and deepen their sense of meaning. This personal journey of self-discovery can lead to a profound understanding of purpose—the very essence of the “WHY” in “YOU”. Therapy and Counselling offers an opportunity for reflection, healing, and personal growth—no matter your age or life stage. While we can’t always control our circumstances, we can choose how we respond—and that choice begins with awareness together with compassionate support.
The greatest comfort often comes from having someone to talk to—someone who listens without judgment, supports your journey, and helps guide you toward light when things feel dark. My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I strive to understand your experiences, values, and strengths so we can work together to restore clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
By integrating Logotherapy with Psychological Counselling, I provide support for individuals navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, or times of uncertainty. In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. This disconnection can appear as stress, anxiety, emotional fatigue, or a deep sense of being lost without knowing why.
Sometimes, we feel overwhelmed without knowing “WHY” other times, we understand the problem but struggle to change it. In both cases, a new perspective can illuminate the way forward. Through insight, reflection, and compassionate support, healing becomes possible—one step at a time.
I want to learn about your strengths and help you reclaim them. I want to understand your lifestyle and the stressors you’re facing so that I can support you in finding clarity and restoring balance in your life.
Often, we may not fully see what’s holding us back—we just know we’re exhausted. Every person experiences life differently, and sometimes the weight of our experiences blurs our vision. We may ignore it, hope it fades, or know exactly what we’re feeling without knowing how to face it. That’s when the insight of someone on the outside can help you see what’s been hidden—and open a path forward.
I will support you in working through emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. Together, we will explore a path that resonates with you—one that fosters resilience, builds practical strategies, and helps you move through or beyond what may be holding you back.
Never underestimate the power of your own mind, or the strength of your thoughts.
“Those who have a ‘WHY’ to live, can bear with almost any ‘HOW’“

Time Waits for No One
Time never stands still for any of us, yet we continue to take it for granted. Ask yourself this: what does it truly mean to have everything and nothing, or

The Extrovert versus the Introvert… The Introvert versus the Extrovert…
So—who are you, really? Do introverts truly appreciate who they are, or do they constantly question themselves—wondering whether they’re doing the right thing, feeling nervous about how they’re perceived, and

Have you ever noticed, at a family gathering where elders, adults, and children are present, how often people speak around the elders instead of to them? An elderly couple once

My Time:
We often hear familiar sayings such as “time is of the essence,” “time waits for no man,” or “time flies.” But how often do we pause to truly reflect on
